Ahoy There! Waterfront Bed & Breakfast is not your average B&B. For a start, you’re not walking through someone else’s home. Ahoy There! is a fully self-contained three-bedroom duplex… separate and private with one of the most spectacular outdoor decks in the bay.
We’re right here on waterfront reserve enjoying stunning water views, with nothing but a few koala-studded gum trees between home and the water’s edge.
Once you’ve got everything you need, we leave you to it.
Accommodation
Ahoy There! provides boutique accommodation for couples and newlyweds and families will love us too.
We’ve got three generous bedrooms, two full bathrooms, lounge room, family room, fully self-contained kitchen and laundry, and did we mention that deck?
Main bedroom: Taking up the entire front of the house, offering a Queen sized bed with views across the bay, large private balcony, ensuite bathroom and luxury 1000 thread count sheets.
Second bedroom: Queen sized bed with water glimpses, 1000 thread count sheets and ensuite
Third bedroom: Spacious bright room with two single beds and ensuite.
Also available: two single fold-out beds, baby cot, child safety gates, change table, high chair.
Breakfast
Ahoy There! is fully self-contained so you can rise as early or late as you like and enjoy breakfast as soon as you’re hungry. We supply all the ingredients for a delicious continental breakfast including bread, butter, spreads and preserves, fruit and yoghurt, juice, plunger coffee and quality tea. Fancy a cooked breakky? Sausages, free range eggs and quality bacon are available on request for a small additional charge.
Child Friendly
While the grownups enjoy a sane drink in the loungeroom, enjoying full views to the serenity of the bay, children are entertained in the separate family room with widescreen TV, kids DVDs and toybox.

Picnic hampers: Let us pack you a gourmet picnic hamper, complete with cold meats, bread rolls, gourmet boutique cheeses, antipasto, salad, delicious desserts and your preference of red, white or sparkling wine. 12 hours notice required. $85 per couple.
Relaxing massage: Feel like being pampered? We can arrange for a home visit from a qualified masseuse. Prices vary depending on who is available and the treatment you choose.
Babysitters: For some quality mum and dad time, or a night out at one of our wonderful local restaurants, ask us to book you a trusted babysitter. $15 per hour.

Where do the owners live?
In most traditional B&Bs you are accommodated in a bedroom under the owners’ own roof. Ahoy There is very different: it’s a duplex (two connecting properties). Owners live in one side and you get full private use of the other.
